Steffen Schaar has been a member of the Management Board of The Quality Group since 2011, with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Compliance. After completing his computer science degree at the TU Dresden, he worked for four years as Head of Development for software projects, after which he spent five years as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant in the consulting of business processes for personnel management and planning. For the following years, Steffen Schaar has been the Director of the Business Unit and a member of the Management Board, in the Human Resources Solutions field.
