Markus Muhs is a partner at Clifford Chance in Munich and a member of the Global Tech Group and the Communications, Media and Technology Group of Clifford Chance.
He advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures and specializes in transactions in high-tech industries (including IT, telecommunications, clean tech and aircraft technology) and infrastructure investments.
He has formerly worked in-house with Lufthansa Systems and is a member of a working group of the German Industry Association (Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie) regarding smart energy grids (BDI initiative – Internet of Energy).
He also has considerable experience with outsourcing and cooperation agreements in the financial services sector and has a technical background as a former professional software developer.
