Martina Seidl has been Fujitsu's General Counsel in Central Europe since April 2012 and is responsible for Legal, Commercial, IP Management, Patents & Trademarks and Data Protection.

Previously, Martina Seidl was head of M&A/Corporate Law at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. She was responsible for the legal support of transactions of strategic importance for the company, such as the acquisition of the product services division of Siemens Business Services, the dissolution of the Fujitsu Siemens joint venture and restructuring and transformation projects.

In addition, she conducted and coordinated a model lawsuit for the German IT industry for the fundamental clarification of copyright levies on PCs.

Martina Seidl is vice chairwoman of the German Association of Computer Manufacturers (BCH) and is actively involved in the German Association of Corporate Lawyers (BUJ) and the Digital Association BITKOM.
She is particularly interested in the topics of digitalization and law, modern corporate management and the future-oriented development of the legal function.
