Xavier Costa is the President of AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers

He is an M&A Partner at Roca Junyent, Spain, and member of its Digital transformation and Legal-tech Commission.

Xavier Costa is member of the think-tank group of the Barcelona Bar for a “Declaration of Citizens Rights in the digital Era”. Xavier has participated as panellist in several events related to the pursuit of the legal profession in a digital environment and/or to the legal transformation of law firms.

He advises clients in Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on cross-border transactions, foreign investments and corporate related matters. Since 2015 Xavier has been continuously selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Spain in the practice areas of Corporate and M&A Law.

Xavier speaks Spanish, English, Italian, French and Catalan.
