Gudrun Stangl is both partner and the chief operating officer of Schoenherr. As a member of the firm's steering committee Gudrun's strategic expertise and management skills ensure, amongst other things, operational excellence and the drive for innovation, change and efficiency within the firm. Additionally, Gudrun is on the board of the recently launched Legal Tech Hub Vienna. Prior to her assignment as COO, Gudrun was managing partner of Schoenherr’s Bratislava office for three years and has more than 13 years of experience as a M&A transaction lawyer.
